Elevanta Digital LLC provides digital products. Because digital products can be accessed or delivered electronically, all digital product sales are final and generally non-refundable once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or access has been provided.

Digital Products

Before purchasing, please review the product description, format, features, and compatibility information. If a digital product is materially defective or inaccessible because of a technical issue caused by us, contact us at hello@elv1digital.com within 7 days of purchase. We may provide a replacement, corrected file, access restoration, or refund where appropriate.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@elv1digital.com with your order number, purchase email, product name, and a description of the issue. We will review the request and respond within a reasonable period.

Payment Disputes

Please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve legitimate order or delivery issues. Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.
